Tigers right-handers Zach Miner and Chad Durbin became good friends last year while at Toledo. They talk often, including when riding together to Comerica Park. In recent days, they each had a new subject to talk about: a family member in intensive care. For Miner, it was his father, Charlie, who had surgery for an abdominal aortic aneurysm. |
